1. Food Products – Returns & Refunds

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on food products once they have been shipped or delivered.

However, we will gladly assist you if:

  • You received a damaged item
  • Your order arrived incorrect
  • Your product was defective upon arrival
  • Your order was lost in transit

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed, we may offer:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Do not discard the product or packaging
  • Take clear photos immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for refund or replacement.


3. Shipping Issues

Pirri Elements is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Orders left unattended after confirmed delivery
  • Delays caused by the carrier

If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need assistance, email us and we will help investigate.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
